This is naggy, and usually on your muscles and joint. You are not sure what is giving you the problem. You have been resting throughout the night and you feel it the next morning. It comes and goes.
You know this. There are just some things that you were able to do in the past and now it feels like you are incapable of doing it. Now it feels like you can't and unable to accomplish something simple.
Invested a lot of time, money, energy in different treatments that gets temporary relieve, but you are not able to keep it off.
You have been told to go for a surgery but you are looking for alternatives. Let me be upfront. If you broke a bone, surgery will help. Otherwise, musculoskeletal rehab is going to help you.

Hi. My name is Boon Wei and I am a certified Exercise Is Medicine (EIM) Exercise Physiologist with American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Because of my previous experience as a performing athlete, I suffered from musculoskeletal problems in my back and knee, and deeply understands what my clients have to go through to get to the ideal pain-free state that is extremely crucial to obtain optimal achievement in high performance sports.
Since 2011, I have been treating athletes suffering from chronic bodily pain in the muscle, joint and the bone.
Practising as an Exercise Physiologist, I use scientifically proven processes and methods for assessment to get to the root of the pain.
I will then subsequently prescribe a set of customised, tailored exercises for treatment as part of the healing and recovery process to address your specific needs according to your body condition.
I do not believe in living in pain.
Even if you can endure the pain, it does not mean you should.
The initial problem may escalate and manifest into many other problems.
Now that I know what the root of the problem could be, I want to help more fitness enthusiast and athletes like you to achieve a painless, functional, and stronger body to perform.
Telling the world it can be done.

This treatment plan requires you to commit yourself. The time and effort that you spend is consistent and you do not find excuses and reasons to not doing what was planned for you.

This requires you to be aware of your body in terms of movement and sensation. You will be required to perform simple yet precise movement to achieve the effectiveness of treatment.

Wow it is a miracle, I don't feel any pain at my back after the first session. Did the stretching and strengthening exercises, felt relax and relieve after that. Core muscle is building up, as I can feel that I can last longer for the core strengthening. This is the most important phase of all. Here, we go through your injury history, when you got injured, how you got injured, what causes more pain, how do you reproduce the pain.
The key here is detail. The more detailed you are, the quicker we get to the mystery.
In this phase we narrow down to the root. We may run a series of tests. It could be to get you to reproduce the pain, it could also be getting feedback of how you feel going through a certain movement.
The key here is to acknowledge. Be ready and open to what the pain is about.
Here is what people love. In this phase, depending on what the root of the problem is, the treatment differs. The ultimate goal here is to get you feel better.
The key here is to cooperate. How well the treatment goes depends on your cooperation.
Here is what gets you to stay away from your problem once and for all. You can be prescribed and given what is required, but if you are not going to follow the plan,
no one else can help you.
The key here is to learn and apply.
There is no magic here. This is also not waiting for miracle to happen. This is science. Everything we do here can be validated and repeated.
This is through combination of research, practice, teachings and experience.
This is not a marriage. It’s about getting to the root of the problem, treat you, make sure you are good to fly, and off you go.
The only time a package is needed is when it takes longer than usual to recover, and it is there to lower the cost.
This is not a massage session. Although massage may sometimes help. You will have to depend a lot on your luck.
