hey there in this video I’m gonna address your knee hurts welcome back this is Aw Boon Wei your exercise physiologist so if you’re doing this search this just tells me that your search will go no where because you kind of can’t complete the sentence behind so please complete the sentence and this video is to help you so if you’re not sure then let me just give you some examples some of the questions that you can ask yourself and how then you can complete this sentence right so typing my knee hurts will give you a lot of different things to read so first off you want to make sure that you’re very sure which area is giving you the pain or which area is hurting you for example my knee hurts at back my knee hurts at the front of the knee or my knee hurts at the medial side my knee hurts at the lateral side just try to locate and try to minimize what you’re gonna read or the videos that you’re gonna see in youtube and the next thing is you want to be able to replicate this pain or this hurting sensation to complete your sentence so for example you wanna type my knee hurts when I’m walking up the stairs my knee hurts when I’m walking down the stairs my knee hurts when I’m running so this portion you’re trying to remember the last time it’s causing you pain and you’re trying to fill up the blank behind so typing is can already narrow down your search so that you can read a little bit more try to make sure that you are looking for musculoskeletal related because it is something that you can actually try to do them and to try to find out where the problem is because most of the time it’s due to some muscle tendon related kind of issue so as you know there are many many structures around the knee and I’ve spoken that in my previous video so you may want to take a look at that and yes so if you are looking for the reasons why you’re hurt you may want to zoom in you may want to narrow down the search this is going to help you so place the care and I’ll talk to you soon.
